Meet Amrendra Kumar, MD.
Dr Amrendra Kumar is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He obtained his M.D. degree from Temple University, PA in 2006. After an internship and Residency in Family Medicine from Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, PA he worked for 6 yrs at Carolina Urgent and Family care at this very location. Following this he Joined Moncrief Army Community Hospital at Ft Jackson, Columbia providing Urgent care services to the active duty soldiers and their family. He was also involved in teaching the medical students from the local Medical school. After two yrs he opened MDFirst Primary & Urgent Care at Lancaster SC in Nov 2013.
Dr Kumar is a highly skilled physician dedicated to providing gentle and effective care to patients of all ages and medical conditions. He achieved his degree in a field that he is passionate about. He believes that excellent health begins with education and has made his mission to enlighten patients to ways they can take greater control over their health. Dr Kumar is committed to continuing education activities and remaining aware of the latest advancements in Medical Science to maintain current high standards of care.
